不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑区微血管的形态结构及血流密度改变—OCTA研究

目的:应用光学相干断层扫描血流成像技术(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)观察不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑区微血管的形态结构变化及血流密度变化。方法:52例糖尿病患者70眼纳入研究组,根据DR国际临床分期标准,纳入患糖尿病无糖尿病视网膜病变(0期组)12人20眼,轻度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(轻度NPDR组)11人18眼,中度或重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(中度和重度NPDR)组10人17眼,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR组)9人15只眼,和年龄相匹配健康人9人18眼入对照组。所有入选受试者均用OCTA对黄斑区视网膜行3mm×3mm和6mm×6mm范围模式扫描,得到浅层毛细血管网(superficial capillary plexus,SCP)中心凹无血管区(foveal avascular zone,FAZ)面积及SCP、深层毛细血管网(deep capillary plexuses,DCP)、脉络膜毛细血管网的旁中心凹血流密度。应用Imagej软件计算FAZ的面积和圆度指数(acircularity index,AI)。采...
