Tfh在慢性肝脏疾病中的作用及机制研究进展

【摘要】：Tfh细胞是最近发现的第5个CD4~+Th细胞新亚群,主要定位于淋巴滤泡中,是T-B细胞相互作用的桥梁,主要在调节B淋巴细胞增殖、浆细胞分化及抗体类别转换等方面发挥作用。以上功能的实现与转录因子Bcl-6、细胞因子IL-21、趋化因子受体CXCR5、共刺激分子ICOS与CD40L及共抑制分子PD-1等密切相关。近年来研究发现Tfh细胞功能的失调在自身免疫性疾病、感染、免疫缺陷病等疾病中发挥重要作用,本文就Tfh细胞的生物学特性及其在慢性肝病中的作用进行综述。
[Abstract]:Tfh cells are the fifth newly discovered subsets of CD4~ Th cells, which are mainly located in the lymphatic follicles and act as a bridge for the interaction of T-B cells. They play an important role in regulating the proliferation of B lymphocytes, the differentiation of plasma cells and the transformation of antibodies. The realization of these functions is closely related to the transcription factor Bcl-6, cytokine IL-21, chemokine receptor CXCR5, costimulatory molecule ICOS CD40L and coinhibitory molecule PD-1. In recent years, it has been found that the dysfunction of Tfh cells plays an important role in autoimmune diseases, infections and immunodeficiency diseases. The biological characteristics of Tfh cells and their roles in chronic liver diseases are reviewed in this paper.
