【摘要】：正胃-结肠瘘是由于胃或结肠病变所导致的并发症,是胃与结肠之间直接通过瘘管连通,从而以顽固性腹泻、严重营养不良等为主要症状的一种疾病。临床上较为罕见,即便是专业从事消化科或内镜专业的医师亦可能在日常工作中忽视或漏诊该疾病。1临床资料患者男,63岁,因解糊状大便8~10次/d,伴消瘦、嗳气伴有粪臭味5年余前来就诊。患者30年前曾行胃大部分切除术。入院体查:体温:36℃,脉搏:
