血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎疗效及患者细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 64例SAP患者随机分为两组,每组各32例,对照组进行常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用血必净注射液100 m L静脉滴注,bid,7 d为一个疗程。观察临床症状、实验室指标恢复正常的时间,统计中转手术率、病死率,并观察并发症发生情况。治疗前后评估APACHEⅡ评分,检测T淋巴细胞亚群、NK T淋巴细胞水平。结果对照组中转手术治疗3例,试验组1例。与对照组相比,试验组体温、血及尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、腹痛腹胀消失时间、首次排便时间和病程均缩短(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者APACHEⅡ评分均下降(P0.05),CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+及NK T细胞水平均增高(P0.05),试验组改善幅度大于对照组(P0.05)。对照组并发症发生率(28%,9/32)高于试验组(6%,2/32,P0.05),对照组死亡1例,试验组无。结论常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液,可改善SAP患者临床症状和实验室指标、缩短病程、减少并发症发生,增强患者细胞免疫功能可能为其作用机制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection on (SAP) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods 64 patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy. On this basis, the experimental group was given Xuebijing injection 100ml intravenously, bid,7 d as a course of treatment.
