雌激素受体αT29C基因多态性与慢性乙型肝炎α干扰素早期应答的相关性研究

  背景慢性乙型肝炎是我国常见的慢性传染病之一,严重危害人民健康。慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)抗病毒治疗的长期目标是达到病毒清除、延缓肝脏失代偿、肝硬化和肝细胞癌的进展及其并发症的发生,进而改善生活质量和延长存活时间。在所有的治疗方案中,抗病毒治疗是关键,同时随着个体化抗病毒治疗的推进,抗病毒治疗疗效中预测因素,特别是相关的宿主遗传因素引起了人们的关注。本实验旨在探讨雌激素受体α基因T29C多态性与慢性乙型肝炎患者干扰素-α抗病毒治疗后发生早期应答的相关性。方法对首次使用干扰素-α(IFN-α)抗病毒治疗的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者的早期应答情况进行评估,并采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR-RFLP)检测雌激素受体α(ESR1)基因T29C多态性:T/T、T/C和C/C三个基因型,并按照此基因型分组分析了其与IFN-α早期应答的相关性。结果(1)三个基因型组间的性别(χ2 = 1.148,?P = 0.563)、年龄(F = 1.153,? P=0.320)、治疗前ALT水平(F = 0.862,?P = 0.441)、治疗前HBV病毒载量? (Z = 1.961,? P =0.1...
