同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的相关性分析

【摘要】:目的探讨血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的相关性,分析其对冠心病诊断及分期的临床意义。方法选取110例冠心病患者作为实验组。其中,稳定型心绞痛的患者(SAP组)35例,不稳定型心绞痛的患者(UAP组)32例,急性心肌梗死的患者(AMI组)43例。选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。分别采用循环酶法和乳胶比浊法测定实验组和对照组的血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平,并进行统计分析。结果冠心病各亚组血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。冠心病各亚组血清Hcy水平比较,AMI组UAP组SAP组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。AMI组的hs-CRP水平分别与UAP组和SAP组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);UAP组的hs-CRP水平与SAP组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。SAP组和UAP组血清Hcy与hs-CRP的水平无相关性(r=0.263,P0.05;r=0.311,P0.05)。AMI组血清Hcy与hs-CRP的水平呈正相关(r=0.559,P0.05)。结论 Hcy和hs-CRP与冠心病的发生密切相关,血清高水平的Hcy及hs-CRP是反映冠状动脉病变严重程度的良好指标,对于冠心病的患病风险预测及冠心病的诊断、分期、预后评估都起着十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and coronary heart disease (CHD) correlation analysis on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and its clinical significance in staging. Methods 110 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the experimental group. The stable angina patients (SAP group) in 35 cases, unstable angina patients (UAP group) 32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group) 43 cases. 30 healthy cases were selected as control group. Respectively by enzymatic cycling method and latex turbidimetric method for determination of the experimental group and the control group of serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels, and statistical analysis was carried out. The results of coronary heart disease group serum Hcy, hs-CRP levels compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Coronary heart disease subgroups, the levels of serum Hcy, AMI group UAP group SAP group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) group.AMI hs-CR The level of P was compared with UAP group and SAP group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); hs-CRP SAP group compared with UAP group, there was no statistically significant difference (P0.05) between.SAP group and UAP group, serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels (r=0.263, P0.05; r=0.311, P0.05) Hcy levels were positively correlated with hs-CRP the serum.AMI (r=0.559, P0.05). Conclusion Hcy and hs-CRP are closely related to coronary heart disease, Hcy and serum hs-CRP level is a good index to reflect the severity of coronary artery disease, diagnosis for coronary heart disease risk prediction and coronary heart disease staging, prognosis evaluation plays a very important role.
