【摘要】:青光眼是一种致盲率高且不可逆转的眼病,常表现为眼内间断或持续性眼压升高,进而引起视神经及视功能损害。随着近年来诊断水平的不断提高,科学技术的不断进步,一类特征性小分子RNA及其在转录调节中的作用机制被广泛研究报道,其被有效地运用在青光眼视神经保护,已成为研究热点。
[Abstract]:Glaucoma is a kind of ocular disease with high blindness rate and irreversibility. It is often characterized by intraocular discontinuity or persistent elevation of intraocular pressure, which leads to the damage of optic nerve and visual function. With the improvement of diagnostic level in recent years. With the development of science and technology, a class of characteristic small molecule RNA and its mechanism in transcriptional regulation have been widely reported, which has been effectively applied to the protection of glaucoma optic nerve and has become a hot research topic.
