消鸣汤合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性耳鸣的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：通过对消鸣汤合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效的观察,探讨消鸣汤在治疗神经性耳鸣方面的疗效,为神经性耳鸣的治疗提供一种中医药思维。方法：将符合纳入标准的神经性耳鸣患者60例,按随机对照原则分为治疗组与对照组。其中治疗组30例39耳,采用口服中药(消鸣汤加减)合氟桂利嗪治疗；对照组30例40耳,采用口服氟桂利嗪治疗。按照制定的疗效评定标准,对治疗2周、4周(1个疗程)及停药后1个月随访的临床疗效进行观察。结果： 1.治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为61.54%,对照组总有效率为45.00%,经统计学分析两组有效率P=0.1050.05,无统计学意义,说明两组治疗神经性耳鸣疗效无显著差异。 2.治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为84.62%,对照组总有效率为62.50%,经统计学分析两组有效率P=0.0100.05,有统计学意义,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。 3.停药1个月后对患者进行临床随诊,治疗组总有效率为79.49%,对照组总有效率为55.00%,经统计学分析两组有效率P=0.0120.05,有统计学意义,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论： 1.治疗组与对照组治疗神经性耳鸣均有一定的疗效。 2.治疗4周及停药1个月后随访,治疗组在改善症状及整体疗效方面均优于对照组,表明消鸣汤合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性耳鸣有较好的疗效。 3.消鸣汤合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性耳鸣具有较好疗效,且无不良反应,是安全有效的中药方剂,可为神经性耳鸣的治疗提供中医药思维。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the cancellation of Ming decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of clinical neurological tinnitus, explore the effect of Decoction in the treatment of Xiao Ming nervous tinnitus, a traditional Chinese medicine thinking for the treatment of nervous tinnitus. Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of nervous tinnitus were randomly divided for the treatment group and control group. The treatment group 30 cases 39 ears, using traditional Chinese medicine (Xiao Ming Decoction) and flunarizine treatment; control group 30 cases of 40 ears with oral administration of flunarizine. According to the curative effect evaluation standard, on the treatment of 2 weeks, 4 weeks (1 sessions) and withdrawal after 1 months of follow-up, the clinical efficacy were observed:
1. after 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 61.54%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 45%. After statistical analysis, the effective rate of the two groups was P=0.1050.05, which was not statistically significant, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus.
2. after 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.62%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.50%. After statistical analysis, the effective rate of the two groups was P=0.0100.05, which was statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.
3. after stopping the drug for 1 months, the patients were followed up clinically, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.49%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 55%. After statistical analysis, the effective rate of the two groups was P=0.0120.05, which was statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.
Conclusion:
1. the treatment group and the control group have a certain effect in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus.
Follow up 2. for 4 weeks and 1 months after drug withdrawal, the treatment group in improving symptoms and overall efficacy were better than the control group, that has a good effect in eliminating Ming decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.
Xiao Ming 3. decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of nervous tinnitus has good curative effect, and no adverse reactions, is a safe and effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine can provide a thinking for treating nervous tinnitus.
