还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗迁延不愈浅层角膜病变的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:评价还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液对迁延不愈浅层角膜病变的治疗价值。方法:对迁延性浅层角膜病变患者,应用还原型谷胱甘肽(天亿)治疗,评估治疗前后症状及体征变化,进行统计学分析。结果:我科门诊收集病例62例,其中男性患者28例,女性患者34例,年龄在8岁至78岁,平局年龄为50.1岁,治疗症状的平均积分,治疗前2.64±1.33分,治疗后1.03±0.71分(P㩳0.05);在给予相关治疗后痊愈32例(51.61%),明显效果14例(22.58%),有效14例(22.58%),无效2例(3.23%),总有效率74.19%。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液,对迁延不愈的浅层角膜病变的上皮修复治疗安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic value of reduced glutathione eye drops (GSH) in the treatment of chronic superficial keratopathy. Methods: patients with persistent superficial keratopathy were treated with reduced glutathione (Tianyi). The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were evaluated and statistically analyzed. Results: 62 cases were collected from our outpatient department, including 28 male patients and 34 female patients, aged from 8 to 78 years old. The average score of treatment symptoms was 50.1 years old. 2.64 卤1.33 before treatment and 1.03 卤0.71 after treatment. 0.05; After treatment, 32 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective, 14 cases were effective, 14 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective (3.23%). The total effective rate is 74.19. Conclusion: reduced glutathione eye drops are safe and effective in the treatment of superficial corneal lesions.
