泪囊炎合并白内障患者行泪道插球形管术后早期行白内障超声乳化术的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨泪囊炎合并白内障患者行泪道插球形管术后早期行白内障超声乳化术的可行性和治疗效果。方法 31例慢性泪囊炎合并白内障患者,均为单眼。在行泪道插管术后5~7 d行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,分别于术后检查1 d、1周、1个月时的视力,角膜水肿及前房混浊的程度。结果所有泪道插管术中及术后均泪道通畅,白内障手术顺利完成。术后1 d,视力≥0.5者16眼(51.6%),0.1~0.4者14眼(45.2%),0.1者1眼(3.2%)。1个月时,视力≥0.5者26眼(83.9%),0.1~0.4者5眼(16.1%),角膜无水肿15眼(48.4%),轻度水肿11眼(35.5%),中度水肿5眼(16.1%),前房混浊程度(+)8眼(25.8%),(++)5眼(16.1%),角膜水肿及前房反应经局部治疗3~12 d内消失。随访半年,术后未见感染,白内障术后视力均有提高。结论慢性泪囊炎合并白内障患者在行泪道插管术后的5~7 d行白内障超声乳化术是安全可行的,可取得理想的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of early phacoemulsification after dacryocystitis combined with cataract. Methods 31 patients with chronic dacryocystitis complicated with cataract were treated with phacoemulsification. Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed at 5 to 7 days after lacrimal passage intubation. The visual acuity was examined at 1 week and 1 month after operation.
