注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法选取沧州市中心医院在2012年11月~2013年11月收治的120例缺血性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60)和联合组(n=60),对照组给予常规药物治疗,联合组在常规药物治疗基础上,加用鼠神经生长因子,比较2组患者的疗效。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05),差异具有统计学意义;联合组和对照组患眼视野比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),联合组视野恢复显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子多药联合治疗缺血性视神经病变,具有确切的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy treated in Cangzhou Central Hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected as study objects. The control group was randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 60) and the combined group (n = 60). The control group was given routine drug therapy, and the combined group was treated with nerve growth factor (NGF) on the basis of routine drug therapy. Results the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The visual field recovery of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a definite curative effect on ischemic optic neuropathy in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy with multiple drugs of nerve growth factor for injection.
