鼻敏感颗粒对变应性鼻炎小鼠树突状细胞免疫调节机制的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究鼻敏感颗粒对变应性鼻炎小鼠树突状细胞(DC)发挥免疫调节作用的具体机制。方法:分离出小鼠骨髓细胞,使用rGM-CSF和rIL-4共培养骨髓细胞,刺激骨髓细胞向DC转化。然后加入脂多糖和不同浓度的鼻敏感颗粒共刺激未成熟DC,12h后检测DC中MHCⅡ、CD80、CD86表面分子以及细胞上清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10的表达。结果:鼻敏感颗粒能够显著抑制成熟DC标志性细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-1β的生成和成熟DC标志物MHCⅡ、CD80和CD86的表达。结论:鼻敏感颗粒能够显著抑制未成熟DC向成熟DC的分化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the immunomodulatory mechanism of Bi-sensitive granules on dendritic cells of allergic rhinitis mice.
