成年近视患者主视眼与调节因素关系研究

【摘要】:目的: 研究成年近视患者主视眼分布,及主视眼和非主视眼与调节各因素之间的关系。 方法: 35例年龄18-35周岁,双眼屈光不正在-2.00DS至-10.OODS之间同时屈光参差低于1.5DS,最佳矫正视力之1.0的单纯近视患者纳入研究,采用卡洞法并结合拇指法判断主视眼别,主客观综合验光获得屈光不正度数,移近法测量单眼调节幅度,FCC法测量调节滞后,翻转法测量调节灵敏度。运用SPSS17.0配对t检验分析主视眼与非主视眼间各调节因素的关系。 结果: 全部患者的主视眼与非主视眼间的调节幅度(9.69±2.30vs9.60±2.37,P=0.294)、调节灵敏度(11.08±4.20vs10.63±4.60,P=0.260)和调节滞后量(0.11±0.27vs0.18±0.33,P=0.106)均无统计学差异。右眼为主视眼的患者和左眼为主视眼的患者双眼调节幅度(9.48±2.29vs9.33±2.49, P=0.319;9.91±2.35vs9.88±2.26, P=0.749),调节灵敏度(10.50±4.70vs9.99±4.90, P=0.116;10.70±3.77vs11.25±4.27,P=0.295)和调节滞后量(0.14±0.310vs0.18±0.32, P=0.419;0.08±0.23vs0.18±0.35, P=0.168)均无统计学差异。 结论: 对于无或较小屈光参差的成人近视患者来说,主视眼是注视动作的主导眼,在注视过程中象是有更多的使用机会,但并不一定具备更好的调节幅度、调节灵敏度及调节准确性。
[Abstract]:Objective:. Objective: to study the distribution of main eye and the relationship between main eye and non main eye in adult myopia patients. Methods:. Thirty-five patients aged 18-35 years with anisometropia between -2.00DS and -10.OODS were included in the study. The patients with simple myopia with 1.0 best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were included in the study. The refractive errors were obtained by subjective and objective comprehensive optometry, the amplitude of monocular adjustment was measured by moving closer method and the adjustment lag was measured by FCC method, and the sensitivity was measured by flip method. The relationship between the adjustment factors of primary eye and non-principal eye was analyzed by SPSS17.0 paired t test. Results:. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of regulation between the main and non-primary eyes of all patients (9.69 卤2.30 vs 9.60 卤2.37), the regulatory sensitivity was 11.08 卤4.20 vs 10.63 卤4.60 卤0.260), and the regulatory lag was 0.11 卤0.27 vs 0.18 卤0.33 P 0.106). The range of binocular accommodation was 9.48 卤2.29 vs 9.33 卤2.49, P 0.3199.91 卤2.35 vs 9.88 卤2.26, P = 0.29 卤2.29 vs 9.33 卤2.49, P 0.39 9 卤2.35 vs 9.88 卤2.26, respectively. There was no significant difference in the regulating sensitivity (10.50 卤4.70 vs 9.99 卤4.90, P < 0.116 卤10.70 卤3.77 vs 11.25 卤4.27 vs 11.25 卤4.27 vs 0.295), and in the adjustment delay of 0.14 卤0.310 vs 0.18 卤0.32, 0.419 卤0.23 vs 0.18 卤0.35, P 0.168). Conclusion:. For adult myopia patients without or with minor anisometropia, the main eye is the dominant eye for fixation, which appears to have more opportunities to use during the fixation process, but it does not necessarily have a better range of adjustment. Adjust sensitivity and accuracy.
