后循环短暂缺血性发作患者听觉功能的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨后循环短暂缺血性发作(PCTIA)患者的听功能状态。方法:选择PCTIA患者62例(124耳)作为PCTIA组,并选择健康成年人30例(60耳)作为对照组。均行纯音测听、声导抗、听觉脑干诱发电位和瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)检查。应用SPSS 14.0统计学软件包进行统计学分析。结果:1PCTIA组与对照组比较,125~8 000Hz各频率气导听阈无统计学意义(P0.05);2PCTIA组的TEOAE通过率(42.7%)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);3PCTIA组与对照组比较,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ各波潜伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期都有延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:后循环缺血既可以影响耳蜗的血液供应,导致常规听力学检测难以证实的耳蜗功能损害,又可以因缺血缺氧导致听觉脑干功能的损害。耳声发射和脑干诱发电位为PCTIA的诊断及定位提供了帮助。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the auditory function of patients with posterior circulation transient ischemic attack (PCTIA). Methods: 62 patients with PCTIA (124 ears) were selected as PCTIA group and 30 healthy adults (60 ears) as control group. Auditory brainstem evoked potential (BAEP) and transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) were examined. Statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS 14.0 statistical software package. Results compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the TEOAE passage between the 125TIA group and the control group at different frequencies.
