化湿通窍方对老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉术后术腔黏膜的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨应用化湿通窍方对行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术后的老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者术腔黏膜的影响。方法 69例老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(34例),两组均接受相同的功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗及常规术后处理。治疗组在术后换药后对术腔用化湿通窍方超声雾化,对照组对术腔单纯用生理盐水冲洗。比较两组患者术后临床总体疗效及其术后术腔清洁时间、黏膜转归竞争时间、术腔上皮化时间。结果治疗组术后临床总疗效明显高于对照组(P0.05),而且术后术腔清洁时间、黏膜转归竞争时间、术腔上皮化时间均显著缩短(P0.05)。结论应用化湿通窍方可促进行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术后的老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者术腔黏膜的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Huashitongqiao recipe on the mucosa of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 69 cases of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were studied. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 34). The two groups received the same functional endoscopic sinus surgery and routine postoperative treatment. The patients in the control group were only washed with normal saline. The overall clinical efficacy, cleaning time and the time of the mucosa returning to competition were compared between the two groups. Results the total clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Huashitongqiao decoction can promote the recovery of the mucosa of the aged patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
