喉部脂肪瘤1例

【摘要】：正患者,女,60岁。患者偶有咽部不适和进食呛咳,健康体检发现左侧杓会厌皱襞及梨状窝淡黄色肿物而来本院就诊。患者无吞咽困难和呼吸困难,电子喉镜检查见左侧杓会厌皱襞及梨状窝内侧壁一大小2.0cm×1.6cm肿物,呈淡黄色,表面光滑,前端至会厌缘。2007年7月门诊拟"喉部肿物"收入院。入院后MRI检查T1WI、T2WI病灶呈高信号,边界清楚,脂肪抑制序列病灶呈低信号
[Abstract]:The patient was 60 years old. The patient occasionally had pharynx discomfort and choking cough. A health examination revealed that the left arytenoid epiglottis fold and piriform fossa were pale yellow. The patient had no dysphagia or dyspnea. Electronic laryngoscopy showed that the left dipper epiglottic fold and the lateral wall of piriform fossa with a size of 2.0 cm 脳 1.6 cm were light yellow and smooth, with the front end to the edge of the epiglottis. In July 2007, the "larynx tumor" was admitted to the hospital. After admission, MRI showed high signal intensity on T _ 1W _ I ~ I ~ T _ 2WI. The margin was clear and the focus of fat suppression sequence showed low signal intensity.
