硬性透气性角膜接触镜表面等离子体改性研究

【摘要】: 氟硅氧烷丙烯酸酯(fluorosilicone acrylate,FSA)是一种硬性透气性角膜接触镜(rigid gas permeable contact lens,RGPCL)材料,它的特点是透气性能好,能够应用于延缓青少年近视进一步发展方面。但是,其初戴舒适性差,适应时间稍长,由于含氟、硅等元素,亲水性差,泪液难以铺展开,易引起泪液中蛋白质的沉积。为提高其亲水性,降低蛋白质在材料表面的沉积,提高润湿性、延长配戴时间及改善配戴舒适度等,本论文通过等离子体表面处理和等离子体表面接枝聚合两种方法对FSA RGP角膜接触镜材料进行了表面改性,并对改性前后材料的表面结构和性能进行了表征,包括X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、表面形态观察及亲水性、折射率、时效性、蛋白质沉淀等测试。 采用等离子体表面处理方法分别在不同等离子体处理时间和不同放电功率条件下对FSA RGP角膜接触镜材料进行氨等离子体处理及氧等离子体处理。XPS结果表明,用氨/氧等离子体处理接触镜表面的过程中,存在键的断裂及亲水性基团的形成,从而使其表面的亲水性增强;经过氨/氧等离子体处理后接触镜表面的接触角明显降低,表面能增加,亲水性得到明显改善;改性前后接触镜的表面相对平整,折射率没有明显变化;等离子体处理效果具有时效性,经氨/氧等离子体处理接触镜的表面接触角随着其放置时间的延长逐渐增大,其亲水性明显降低。 采用氨/氧等离子体表面接枝聚合方法在一定的等离子体处理时间和放电功率条件下将具有高亲水性、良好生物相容性及防止蛋白质吸附性质的仿生大分子2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸胆碱(MPC)接枝到FSA RGP角膜接触镜材料表面。XPS结果表明,通过氨/氧等离子体表面接枝方法将MPC成功地接枝到了接触镜的表面;经改性后接触镜表面的接触角明显降低,表面能增加,亲水性得到明显改善;改性前后接触镜的表面相对平整,折射率没有明显变化;蛋白质沉淀的研究结果表明,经改性后的接触镜降低了蛋白质在镜片上的沉积。 采用氨/氧等离子体表面接枝聚合方法在一定的等离子体处理时间和放电功率条件下将具有良好亲水性、生物相容性及防止蛋白质吸附性质的聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)接枝到FSA RGP角膜接触镜材料表面。XPS结果表明,通过氨/氧等离子体表面接枝方法将PEGDA接枝到了FSA RGP角膜接触镜的表面;经改性后接触镜表面的接触角明显降低,表面能增加,亲水性得到明显改善;改性前后接触镜的折射率没有明显变化;蛋白质沉淀的研究结果表明,经改性后的接触镜降低了蛋白质在镜片上的沉积,接枝PEGDA10000的镜片比接枝PEGDA4000的效果更好。
[Abstract]:Fluorosilicone acrylate (fluorosilicone acrylate FSA) is a kind of rigid gas permeable contact lens (rigid gas permeable contact lens, RGPCL) material, it is characteristic of good air permeability, can be applied to delay the further development of juvenile myopia. However, the primary wear comfort, fit for a long time, because of containing fluorine, silicon and other elements, poor hydrophilicity, tear is difficult to spread, easy to cause the deposition of tear proteins. In order to improve the hydrophilicity, reduce the protein deposition on the material surface, improve wettability, extended wear time and improve the wearing comfort, the paper surface processing by plasma polymerization and plasma surface grafting two methods the FSA RGP corneal contact lens material was surface modified and modified the surface of the material structure and properties were characterized, including the X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the surface morphology of view Detection of hydrophilicity, refractive index, aging, protein precipitation and so on.
The plasma surface treatment method in different plasma treatment time and discharge power under the condition of different FSA RGP contact lens material ammonia plasma treatment and oxygen plasma treatment.XPS results show that the process of contact lens surface with ammonia / oxygen plasma treatment, the formation of existing bond cleavage and hydrophilic groups, so that the hydrophilic the enhancement of the surface; after ammonia / oxygen plasma treatment after contact lens surface contact angle decreased, the surface energy increases, hydrophilicity was improved obviously; surface modification and contact lens of smooth refractive index did not change significantly; the plasma treatment effect with the timeliness, the ammonia / oxygen plasma treatment on the surface of contact contact lens angle with the extension of storage time increased, the hydrophilicity decreased obviously.
The ammonia / oxygen plasma surface grafting polymerization method in a plasma processing time and discharge power under the condition of high hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and adsorption properties to prevent protein deposition 2- methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) grafted to the good biological FSA RGP corneal contact lens material surface.XPS results show that by the ammonia / oxygen plasma grafting of MPC was successfully grafted onto the surface of contact lens; modified contact lens surface contact angle decreased, the surface energy increases, hydrophilicity was improved obviously; modified surface before and after the contact lens is relatively smooth, the refractive index did not change significantly; the research results show that protein precipitation after the change, the contact lens after reduced protein deposition on the lens.
The ammonia / oxygen plasma surface grafting polymerization method in a plasma processing time and discharge power conditions will have good hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and adsorption properties of polyethylene glycol to prevent protein two (PEGDA) acrylate grafted onto FSA RGP corneal contact lens surface.XPS results show that PEGDA grafted onto FSA RGP contact mirror by plasma surface grafting method of oxygen / ammonia; after modification of contact lens surface contact angle decreased, the surface energy increases, the hydrophilicity was improved; change before and after the contact lens refraction rate did not change significantly; protein deposition study results show that the modified contact lens after reducing the deposition of protein in the lens, the lens is better than the PEGDA10000 graft graft PEGDA4000 effect.
