【摘要】：目的：探讨Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鳞状细胞癌和癌旁组织中的表达及其临床预后中的意义。方法：免疫组化SP法检测50例喉鳞状细胞癌及其癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm和正常组织中Fascin-1和MMP-1的表达情况,并结合临床随访,分析其临床病例参数及患者预后的关系。结果：Fascin-1在喉鳞癌中的表达为在癌组织、癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及正常组织中的表达率依次降低,分别为80.0%、27.5%、22.5%、4.0%,两两比较结果显示,除了癌旁0.5组与癌旁1.0组,癌旁1.0组与癌旁2.0组的fascin-1阳性表达率差别无统计学意义之外(P值大于0.008),其余各组间差别均有统计学意义(P值小于0.008)。MMP-1在喉癌中的表达为在癌组织、癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及2.0cm的表达率依次降低,分别为85.0%、35.0%、17.5%、5.0%,两两比较结果显示,除了癌旁0.5组与癌旁1.0组,癌旁1.0组与正常组的MMP-1阳性表达率差别无统计学意义之外(P值大于0.008),其余各组间差别均有统计学意义(P值小于0.008)。此结果与Fascin-1的表达情况类似。喉鳞癌中Fascin-1蛋白的表达与癌的临床分期,病理分化程度及淋巴结转移相关,与性别和年龄无关。MMP-1蛋白的表达同样与癌的临床分期,病理分化程度及淋巴结转移相关,与肿瘤的位置无关。喉鳞癌中二者的表达呈正相关(P0.05)。结论：Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鳞癌的侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,二者的联合检测可能成为预测喉鳞癌预后的生物学指标；并为以Fascin-1和MMP-1为靶点的癌症治疗提供了思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues and their clinical prognostic significance. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 in 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its adjacent 0.5 cm ~ (1.0 cm) and normal tissues. The relationship between the clinical parameters and the prognosis of 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was analyzed by clinical follow-up. Results the expression of Fascin-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was found to be in cancer tissue, and the expression rate in the adjacent 0.5 cm ~ (-1) cm and normal tissue was decreased in turn, which was 80.0% and 27.5% and 22.5T (P < 0.05), respectively. The results showed that, in addition to the adjacent 0.5 group and the adjacent 1.0 group, the expression rate of Fascin-1 in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the normal tissue. There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of fascin-1 between paracancerous 1.0 group and paracancerous 2.0 group (P > 0.008, P < 0.008). The expression of MMP-1 in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the other groups, and the expression rate of 0.5 cm ~ (-1) 1.0 cm and 2.0 cm was decreased in turn. The comparison showed that, in addition to the 0.5 group and the 1.0 group, the comparison showed that, in addition to the 0.5 group next to the cancer and the 1.0 group next to the cancer, There was no significant difference in the expression rate of MMP-1 between the adjacent 1. 0 group and the normal group, except that P value was greater than 0. 008, and the other groups had significant difference in P < 0. 008%. The expression of MMP-1 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of P0.05. Conclusion the combination of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and the combined detection of them may be a biological index to predict the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and may provide some ideas for the treatment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma targeting Fascin-1 and MMP-1.
