AKT和HK2在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶AKT(the serine/threonine kinase,also known as protein kinase B,PKB)、己糖激酶2(hexokinase 2,HK2)在喉鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,分析其与喉癌发病诸病理因素间的相互关系。方法采用免疫组化Streptavidian-perosidase(SP)法检测30例喉癌患者的癌组织中AKT和HK2蛋白的表达情况,同期选取其癌旁组织作为对照。结果 AKT、HK2蛋白在喉癌组织中高表达,与肿瘤的分化程度和有无淋巴结转移密切相关,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);AKT、HK2蛋白的阳性表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤发生部位以及临床分期无关(P0.05);喉鳞癌组织中AKT与HK2的表达呈正相关(r=0.424,P=0.019)。结论喉鳞癌组织中AKT、HK2蛋白高表达与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关,可提示预后不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serine / threonine protein kinase (AKT(the serine/threonine kinase) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and adjacent tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of AKT and HK2 protein in 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Results the overexpression of AKTU HK2 protein in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis. The difference was statistically significant between the positive expression of AKT HK2 protein and the age of the patients. The expression of AKT and HK2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of HK2. Conclusion the overexpression of AKTT HK2 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of the tumor, which may indicate that the prognosis is not good.
