连花清瘟胶囊治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎30例

【摘要】：目的:观察连花清瘟胶囊治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法:将单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予1%阿昔洛韦点眼,治疗组加用连花清瘟胶囊每次4粒,每日3次。结果:治疗组治愈率和复发率分别为96.67%和15.00%,对照组为80.33%和36.36%,2组疗效和随访复发情况比较差异有统计学意义。结论:连花清瘟胶囊治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen capsule on herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: 60 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was given 1% acyclovir, and the treatment group was treated with 4 capsules of Lianhua Qingwen capsule three times a day. Results: the cure rate and recurrence rate were 96.67% and 15.00 in the treatment group, 80.33% and 36.36% in the control group, respectively. Conclusion: Lianhua Qingwen capsule is effective in treating herpes simplex keratitis.
