【摘要】：正患者,男,14个月。2011年10月24日因咳嗽声嘶、呼吸困难8h而以"急性喉炎"收入我院儿科,其家长诉患儿在田间玩耍后发病,当时无专人看管,情况不详,否认有异物吸入史。其家族中爷爷有哮喘病史。入院体检:体温38.4℃,脉搏108次/min,呼吸28次/min,精神差,哭声嘶哑,神志清醒,颈软,口唇轻度发绀,双肺呼吸音稍粗糙、对称,伴明显喘鸣音,心律齐,腹平软,肝脾肋下未触及肿大,四肢无水肿,神经系统检查未见异常。专
