不同月龄婴儿ABR正常值分析

【摘要】：目的探讨不同月龄听力正常婴儿听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem responses,ABR)正常值及变化规律。方法对212例(327耳)听力正常婴儿进行ABR测试,按年龄段分组:1~月龄组167耳,3~月龄组105耳,6~12月龄组55耳,观察各组ABR反应阈、波潜伏期、波间期、Ⅴ/Ⅰ波振幅比及阈值附近波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ引出率。结果在75dB nHL短声刺激下,各组婴儿波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期,Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅲ—Ⅴ、Ⅰ—Ⅴ波间期均随月龄增大而逐渐缩短,Ⅴ/Ⅰ波振幅比随着月龄增加逐渐增大,各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),波Ⅰ潜伏期随月龄增加无明显变化,阈值附近波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ出现率随月龄增加而不同。结论婴儿ABR检测时,阈值附近各波引出的表现形式,其成熟程度依次为:仅引出Ⅴ波仅引出Ⅲ、Ⅴ波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ波均引出;婴儿听觉神经系统是在不断发育和完善的,且听觉通路各部位的神经发育是不平衡的,判断婴儿ABR检测结果要根据不同月龄选择相应的参考标准。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the normal values and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in infants with normal hearing at different months. Methods ABR test was performed on 212 infants with normal hearing. According to the age group, 167 ears were divided into 1: 1 ~ month old group and 105 ears from 3 to 12 months old group. 55 ears were divided into 5 groups.
