正常青年人不同体位和凝视角度眼性前庭诱发肌源性电位的差异

【摘要】:目的探讨正常青年人不同体位和凝视角度眼性前庭诱发肌源性电位(oVEMP)的差异,为异常判断提供标准。方法选择健康青年人17例(34耳),分别采用平卧和坐位两种体位,以及平视、向上凝视30°和向上凝视45°3种眼位进行oVEMP检测,对N1、P1潜伏期,N1-P1间期,N1-P1幅度和双耳N1-P1幅度不对称比等结果进行比较分析。结果两种体位3种凝视角度oVEMP的引出率为100%,N1潜伏期、P1潜伏期、N1-P1间期及N1-P1幅度双侧不对称比差异无统计学意义(P0.05);在同一凝视角度,N1-P1幅度除了平视外,向上凝视30°和向上凝视45°时坐位和卧位比较均差异有统计学意义(P0.01);在同一体位,3种凝视角度N1-P1幅度比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 oVEMP的诱出,坐位比卧位幅度要大,向上凝视45°比向上凝视30°的幅度要大,平视时幅度最小不推荐使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of ocular vestibular evoked potential (OVEMPP) in normal young people with different postures and gaze angles, and to provide criteria for abnormal judgment. Methods oVEMP was performed in 17 healthy young patients with 34 ears in supine position and sitting position, as well as in 30 掳and 45 掳eye positions in the horizontal view, and 30 掳and 45 掳in the upward gaze, respectively. The amplitude of N1-P1 in N1-P1 interval and the asymmetric ratio of amplitude of N1-P1 in two ears were compared and analyzed. Results the elicitation rate of oVEMP with three gaze angles in two postures was 100%. There was no significant difference in N1-P1 interval and N1-P1 amplitude between N1-P1 interval and N1-P1 amplitude (P 0.05), while in the same gaze angle, N1-P1 amplitude was not significantly different. There were significant differences in sitting position and supine position between 30 掳and 45 掳staring upward, and there were significant differences in N1-P1 amplitude of three gaze angles in the same position. Conclusion the inducement of oVEMP is larger in sitting position than in lying position. The amplitude of 45 掳gazing up is larger than that of 30 掳up gazing up. The minimum amplitude of horizontal vision is not recommended.
