耳鸣残疾量表和视觉模拟量表在突发性聋伴耳鸣患者中的应用

【摘要】:目的:研究突发性聋伴耳鸣患者的耳鸣残疾量表(THI)及视觉模拟量表(VAS)的相关性,并对患者治疗前后的THI、VAS评分分值进行比较。方法:采用THI及VAS,分别在治疗前后对研究对象进行询问并记录,对治疗前后的THI及VAS评分分值,THI及VAS两个计量资料相关性进行检验。结果:治疗前后患者THI、VAS评分分值差异有统计学意义;THI及VAS具有显著相关;不同耳鸣频率组、耳鸣响度组、听力损失水平组的THI、VAS评分分值差异无统计学意义(P0.05);突发性聋治愈组、显效组的THI、VAS评分降低比有效组、无效组明显(P0.01)。结论:临床使用THI及VAS,可以作为评估突发性聋伴耳鸣对患者日常生活质量的影响及评价疗效的一种方法,为耳鸣耳聋康复提供评估依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between tinnitus disability scale (THII) and visual analogue scale (VAS) in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus, and to compare the scores of THIVAS before and after treatment. Methods: THI and vas were used to inquire and record the subjects before and after treatment, and the correlation between Thi and VAS in THI and VAS scores before and after treatment was tested. Results: there was significant correlation between Thi and VAS in patients before and after treatment, but there was no significant difference in THIVAS score between different tinnitus frequency groups, tinnitus loudness group and hearing loss level group (P 0.05), while in the cured group of sudden deafness, there was no significant difference in the scores of Thi VAS score between different tinnitus frequency groups, tinnitus loudness group and hearing loss level group (P 0.05). The THIVAS score of the effective group was lower than that of the effective group, and that of the ineffective group was significantly lower than that of the effective group (P 0.01). Conclusion: the clinical use of THI and vas can be used as a method to evaluate the influence of sudden deafness with tinnitus on the quality of daily life and to evaluate the curative effect of tinnitus and provide the basis for the rehabilitation of tinnitus and deafness.
