【摘要】：目的：研究喉咽鳞状细胞癌组织中神经迁移蛋白Slit2的表达及其与淋巴管密度的关系,探讨两者对该肿瘤生物学行为的影响。方法：用免疫组织化学法检测Slit2蛋白及淋巴管密度(LVD)的表达,分析其与喉咽鳞癌病理分型、临床分级及预后的关系。结果：Slit2蛋白在喉咽鳞状细胞癌和癌旁组织中的表达率分别为65.2%和40.5%,两者表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.329,P0.05)；Slit2蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移显著相关；LVD计数与肿瘤大小、病理类型、浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移显著相关,两者与肿瘤的发病年龄、部位等均无明显相关。Slit2阳性表达的肿瘤组织中,周边LVD计数高于Slit2阴性表达者,其差异具有统计学意义(t=2.273,P0.05)；并且两者表达呈正相关(rs=0.430,P0.05) 结论：喉咽鳞状细胞癌组织中Slit2表达和LVD计数,与肿瘤的侵袭和淋巴结转移密切相关,其机制可能为Slit2信号系统介导了肿瘤微小淋巴管的形成,从而影响了肿瘤的生物学行为。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression of neuromigration protein (Slit2) and its relationship with lymphatic density in larynx squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), and to explore the effects of the two on the biological behavior of larynx squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Slit2 protein and lymphatic density in larynx squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Results the expression rates of Slit2 protein were 65.2% and 40.5% in larynx squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues, respectively. There was a significant difference between the expression of Slit2 protein and TNM stage of tumor size, lymph node metastasis and tumor size. The pathological type, depth of invasion, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated with the age and location of tumor onset, and the peripheral LVD count was higher than that of negative expression of Slit2 in the tumor tissues with positive expression of Slit2. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the positive correlation was found between the two expression levels. Conclusion: the expression of Slit2 and LVD count in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma are closely related to tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis. The mechanism may be that Slit2 signaling system mediates the formation of small lymphatic vessels in the tumor and thus affects the biological behavior of the tumor.
