白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与最佳矫正视力的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与最佳矫正视力(best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2014年3月于我院接受超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的67例(83眼)白内障患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者术后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度将患者分为低厚度组(≤330μm)、中厚度组(330~350μm)及高厚度组(≥350μm),对比3组术后1周及术后1个月的BCVA差异,同时分析术后1周黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与BCVA的相关性。结果 3组术后1周及1个月BCVA均较术前显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05);但术后1周及术后1个月BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。术后1周、1个月低厚度组BCVA均明显高于中厚度组及高厚度组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),而中厚度组BCVA明显高于高厚度组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05)。术后1周低厚度组、中厚度组和高厚度组黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度分别为(322.67±36.61)μm、(341.72±37.36)μm、(352.61±29.59)μm,相关性分析显示,术后1周黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与BCVA存在显著的负相关(r=-0.724,P=0.000)。术后1周低厚度组、中厚度组和高厚度组BCVA与术前差值分别为-0.56±0.12、-0.41±0.41、-0.23±0.56,相关性分析显示,术后1周黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与BCVA差值也存在显著的负相关(r=-0.613,P=0.000)。结论超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术后患者的黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与BCVA存在显著的负相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the retinal thickness of the macular fovea and the best corrected visual acuity (best corrected visual acuity, BCVA) after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 67 cases (83 eyes) with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected. The clinical data of the disabled patients were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into low thickness group (< 330 m), medium thickness group (330~350 mu m) and high thickness group (> 350 m). The difference of BCVA between the 3 groups after 1 weeks and 1 months after operation was compared. At the same time, the retinal thickness of the macula and the phase of BCVA was analyzed at the same time after the operation. Results 3 groups of 3 groups were significantly higher than preoperative 1 and 1 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between 1 weeks after operation and 1 months after operation (P0.05). 1 weeks after operation, and 1 months of low thickness group BCVA were significantly higher than the middle thickness group and high thickness group, the difference was statistically significant (all P0.05). The medium thickness group BCVA was significantly higher than the high thickness group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the 1 week low thickness group, the medium thickness group and the high thickness group of the macular macular retina were (322.67 + 36.61) mu m, (341.72 + 37.36) mu m and (352.61 + 29.59) m. Correlation analysis showed that the retinal thickness of macular fovea and BCV at the 1 weeks after the operation. There was a significant negative correlation in A (r=-0.724, P=0.000). The difference between the middle thickness group and the high thickness group was -0.56 + 0.12, -0.41 0.41, -0.23 + 0.56, respectively, 1 weeks after the operation. The correlation analysis showed that the retinal thickness of the macula and the difference of BCVA were also negatively correlated (r=-0.613, P=0.000) at 1 weeks after the operation (r=-0.613, P=0.000). Conclusion phacoemulsification There was a significant negative correlation between macular foveal retinal thickness and BCVA after aspiration and intraocular lens implantation.
