奥洛他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的评价奥洛他定滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将186例过敏性的结膜炎患者随机分成2组:试验组96例,给予奥洛他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液点眼;对照组90例,单用奥洛他定滴眼液点眼,分别于治疗前与治疗后7,14 d观察患者症状与体征的变化,评价临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗7 d后试验组和对照组有效率分别为68.8%与52.2%,治疗14 d后分别为85.4%及64.4%,试验组高于对照组(P0.05)。2组均未见明显药物不良反应。结论奥洛他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液对缓解过敏性结膜炎患者的症状与体征明显改善,且无严重不良反应发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of oloatadine eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods 186 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 96), the control group (n = 90), the control group (n = 90) and the control group (n = 90). The changes of symptoms and signs were observed before treatment and 7 days after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results after 7 days of treatment, the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 68.8% and 52.2%, respectively. After 14 days of treatment, the effective rates were 85.4% and 64.4%, respectively. Conclusion Olotazidine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops can relieve the symptoms and signs of allergic conjunctivitis without serious adverse reactions.
