有晶体眼后房型人工晶体V4c植入术后拱高对前房结构的影响

【摘要】:目的观察有晶体眼后房型人工晶体V4c植入术后拱高对前房结构的影响。方法对重庆普瑞眼科医院2014年11月2日至2015年2月5日开展的56眼有晶体眼后房型人工晶体V4c植入术进行回顾性研究。术前用房角镜检查房角并记录前房角色素分级,用Pentacam测量平均前房角宽度(ACA)、前房容积(ACV)。术后第1、3、6个月复诊时测量中央拱高和平均ACA以及ACV,并记录前房角色素分级。对患者手术后3次复查的拱高与ACA减小的量、ACV减小的量进行相关性分析。结果术后1个月56眼的拱高为250~765μm,ACA减小的量为(13.67±1.67)°,ACV减小量为(94.23±17.02)mm3。术后第3个月55眼的拱高为239~761μm,ACA减小的量为(13.70±1.68)°,ACV减小量为(93.6±17.48)mm3。术后第6个月51眼拱高为246~761μm,ACA减小的量为(13.60±1.69)°,ACV减小量为(94.29±17.80)mm3。未发现色素为Ⅱ级的病例。将3次复查的中央拱高与ACA和ACV减小量进行相关性分析,呈正相关(P0.05)。中央拱高越大,则ACA和ACV改变量越大。结论有晶体眼后房型人工晶体V4c植入术后前房角变窄,前房容积下降。中央拱高与ACA和ACV改变量呈正相关,合适的拱高对保持房角开放有积极的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of arch height on anterior chamber structure after implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (V4c). Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 56 eyes of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (V4c) from November 2, 2014 to February 5, 2015 in Chongqing Prii Eye Hospital. The angle of anterior chamber was examined with angle endoscopy before operation and the classification of anterior chamber rolein was recorded. The mean anterior chamber angle width and anterior chamber volume were measured by Pentacam and ACVV respectively. The central arch height, mean ACA and ACVS were measured at 3 and 6 months after operation. The correlation between the arch height and the decrease of ACA and the decrease of ACV were analyzed. Results one month after operation, the arch height of 56 eyes was 250,765 渭 m ACA decreased by 13.67 卤1.67 掳ACV decreased by 94.23 卤17.02 mm 3. In the third month after operation, the arch height of 55 eyes was 239V 761 渭 m ACA decreased by 13.70 卤1.68 掳ACV decreased by 93.6 卤17.48mm.
