共同性外斜视儿童戴镜后的屈光演变

【摘要】：目的:探讨共同性外斜视儿童戴镜后屈光状态随年龄的变化规律,为临床提供随访时间及配镜依据。方法:回顾丽水市中心医院33例(66眼)斜视弱视儿童连续多年屈光数据,进行屈光度与观察期的直线回归分析。结果:屈光度与月龄存在直线回归关系(P0.01)。主导眼和非主导眼等效球镜月平均分别减少0.014D和0.015D。共同性外斜视屈光状态初诊时主导眼多为混合散光(36.36%),非主导眼多为远视(48.48%);末次检查时双眼多为近视(主导眼占54.54%,非主导眼占60.60%)。初诊时屈光参差仅占15.15%,末次检查时占12.12%。散光度数基本不变(P0.05)。双眼等效球镜改变均为远视先增加后减少,而后有逐渐向近视方向发展的趋势;转变年龄分别为5.02岁和4.45岁。结论:共同性外斜视屈光状态初诊时主导眼多为混合散光,非主导眼多为远视。随着年龄的增长,远视先增加后减少,而后又逐渐发展为近视,但年均改变速度0.25D。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of refractive state with age in concomitant exotropia children. Methods: the refraction data of 33 cases (66 eyes) of strabismus amblyopia in Lishui Central Hospital for many years were reviewed, and the linear regression analysis between diopter and observation period was carried out. Results: there was a linear regression relationship between diopter and age (P 0.01). The mean monthly decrease of equivalent spherical lens in dominant eye and non-dominant eye was 0.014 D and 0.015 D, respectively. In the first diagnosis of concomitant exotropia, most of the leading eyes were mixed astigmatism 36.36, the non-dominant eyes were hyperopia 48.48, and the last examination were myopia (54.54 dominant eyes, 60.60% non-dominant eyes). Anisometropia was only 15.15 at the first visit and 12.12 at the last examination. The degree of astigmatism is almost unchanged (P0.05). The change of bicular-equivalent ball endoscopy was that hyperopia increased first then decreased and then developed towards myopia and the transition ages were 5.02 years and 4.45 years respectively. Conclusion: the dominant eye is mixed astigmatism and the non-dominant eye is hyperopia in the first diagnosis of concomitant exotropia. With the increase of age, hyperopia first increases and then decreases, then develops into myopia, but the average annual rate of change is 0.25 D.
