宁夏地区变应性鼻炎与微量元素的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨宁夏地区变应性鼻炎与微量元素的关系。为临床变应性鼻炎的诊治和预防提供参考依据。 方法将2010年1月~12月就诊于宁夏医科大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科诊断为变应性鼻炎患者106人作为实验组,以健康志愿者作为对照组(103例)。所有研究人群取静脉血3ml-5ml,同时剪取入选对象枕部头发长约1cm,重约1g。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定入选对象血清及头发中Ca、Ni、Fe、Mg、Zn、Sr、Mn、Cu、Se含量,用t检验比较变应性鼻炎组和对照组血清和头发中微量元素的差异及不同性别、民族、是否伴有哮喘、常年性和季节性变应性鼻炎血清微量元素含量的不同;采用ANOVA检验比较不同年龄组间患者血清中微量元素的差异。用Pearson相关分析分析变应性鼻炎患者血清中微量元素之间的相关性。 结果(1)变应性鼻炎组血清中Zn、Se的含量低于对照组,Cu、Ni含量高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。变应性鼻炎组头发中Zn、Se的含量低于对照组,Cu、Ni值高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。(2)在6~18岁年龄段中变应性鼻炎组与对照组相比Cu含量升高,Zn、Se含量降低,差异具有显著性(P0.05);在19-40岁年龄段中变应性鼻炎组与对照组相比Ni、Cu高与对照组,Zn低与对照组,差异具有显著性(P0.05);在40岁以上年龄段中变应性鼻炎组与对照组Ni、Cu差异具有显著性(P0.05),变应性鼻炎组高与对照组;男性中,变应性鼻炎患者与对照组相比Cu、Ni增高,Zn、Se含量减低,差异具有显著性(P0.05);女性中,变应性鼻炎患者Cu、Ni较高,Zn、Se对照组较高(P0.05);在回族中,变应性鼻炎患者血清Zn、Se的含量低于对照组,Cu、Ni含量高于对照组(P 0.05);在汉族中,变应性鼻炎患者Zn低于对照组,Ni含量高于对照组差异具有显著性(P0.05);伴有哮喘患者与不伴有哮喘患者相比,Zn、Se的含量降低,Cu升高,差异有显著性意义(P0.05);常年变应性鼻炎与季节性变应性鼻炎相比,血清微量元素Ca、Ni、Fe、Mg、Zn、Sr、Mn、Cu、Se的含量差异均有无著性意义(P0.05)。(3)变应性鼻炎患者血清Sr与Ca呈正相关(r=0.759, P0.05)、Ca与Zn呈正相关(r=0.821, P0.05)、Cu与Zn呈负相关(r=-0.722, P0.05),其他元素之间无明显相关性。 结论(1)本实验初步了解宁夏地区变应性鼻炎组与对照组血清及头发中微量元素Zn、Se、Cu、Ni的含量有显著性差异,提示这几种微量元素可能与变应性鼻炎的发生发展相关。(2)年龄、民族、是否伴有哮喘可能是变应性鼻炎患者血清微量元素含量的影响因素。性别、常年性或季节性与变应性鼻炎患者血清微量元素含量关系不大。(3)变应性鼻炎患者血清微量元素之间Sr与Ca、Ca与Zn、Cu与Zn之间存在明显相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between allergic rhinitis and trace elements in Ningxia. To provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of allergic rhinitis. Methods 106 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed by otolaryngology and neck surgery in affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January to December 2010 were selected as experimental group and 103 healthy volunteers as control group. The venous blood was taken from all the subjects, and the occipital hair length was about 1 cm and the weight was about 1 g. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES-) was used to determine the contents of Ca-NiNiOFE-FE-Zn-Si-MnMn-CuSe in serum and hair. The differences of trace elements in serum and hair between allergic rhinitis group and control group were compared by t test, and the differences of sex and nationality were compared between the two groups. The levels of trace elements in serum of patients with asthma, perennial rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis were different. ANOVA test was used to compare the differences of serum trace elements among patients of different age groups. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between trace elements in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis. Results (1) the content of ZnSe in serum of allergic rhinitis group was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The content of ZnSe in the hair of allergic rhinitis group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05U. 2) in the allergic rhinitis group, the Cu content in the allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in the control group, and the Cu content in the allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in the control group, and the content of ZnSe in the allergic rhinitis group was lower than that in the control group. In the age group of 19 to 40 years old, the level of Niu in allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in control group, and the content of Zn in control group was lower than that in control group. There was a significant difference between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group (P 0.05), and between the allergic rhinitis group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05), while in the male patients with allergic rhinitis compared with the control group, the content of Cu Ni was higher than that in the control group, and the content of ZnSe in the allergic rhinitis group was lower than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the patients with allergic rhinitis and the control group (P < 0.05). The difference was significant (P 0.05); in women, the content of Cu Ni was higher in allergic rhinitis than that in control group (P 0.05); in Hui nationality, the content of serum ZnSe in allergic rhinitis was lower than that in control group (P 0.05); in Han nationality, it was higher than that in control group (P 0.05), but in the Han nationality, the content of Zn-Se in the serum of the patients with allergic rhinitis was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The content of Zn in patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the content of ZnSe in patients with asthma was significantly lower than that in patients without asthma. There was significant difference between perennial allergic rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis. There were no significant differences in the contents of serum trace element CaanNiNiNiFeFeMZMnMnMnCuSe in allergic rhinitis. There was a positive correlation between serum Sr and Ca in patients with allergic rhinitis, a positive correlation between serum Sr and Ca, a positive correlation between P0.05C and Zn (r 0.821), a negative correlation between P0.05Cu and Zn, and a negative correlation between P0.05Cu and Zn, and there was no significant correlation between other elements. Conclusion (1) in this experiment, we preliminarily understand the significant difference in the contents of serum and hair trace elements (ZnSeSeCuCU Ni) between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group, suggesting that these trace elements may be related to the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis. Whether or not asthma is associated with allergic rhinitis may be an influential factor in serum trace element content. Sex, perennial or seasonal, and serum trace element content in allergic rhinitis were not related to serum trace element content in allergic rhinitis. There was significant correlation between Sr and Ca, Ca, Zn and Zn in serum trace elements in allergic rhinitis patients.
