回弹式眼压计与非接触眼压计眼压测量的临床对比研究

【摘要】：目的：研究回弹式眼压计与非接触眼压计在眼压测量中的一致性,评价回弹式眼压计的准确性。方法：选取2011年1月至2月就诊于新疆医科大学附属第一附属医院的患共65例130眼。同时用ICARE回弹式眼压计和NCT眼压计进行眼压测量,对比分析两种眼压计的测量结果及两者的相关情况；观察ICARE(?)眼压计对特殊病例测量的结果。结果:ICARE眼压计和NCT眼压计测得的眼压均值分别为15.45±8.54mmHg和16.60±7.54mmHg,两者无显著差别。两种眼压计测量值显著相关,相关系数为0.729；ICARE眼眼压计可较好地完成角膜病变和无固视能力等病例的眼压测量。分组后的结果：10-21mmHg组的RT和NCT结果为16.254±2.95mmHg和16.98±4.36mmHg；21～25mmHg组RT和NCT结果为23.34±4.34mmHg和24.28±5.70mmHg；25mmHg组RT和NCT结果为46.71±9.84mmHg和50.66±10.44mmHg,三组的结果均为P0.05,两者测量值无显著差异。两种眼压计测量值均数差值极小,虽然NCT的测量值较ICARE的高，，但无显著的统计学意义(表2)。结论：65例130眼用ICARE回弹式眼压计和NCT同时完成了眼压测量,结果表明两种眼压计测量值的统计分析没有明显差异。两者具有良好的一致性。ICARE回弹式眼压计在临床上的应用有其优势,对青光眼早期诊断、青光眼筛查具有一定鉴别有意义,其准确性和可重复性有待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the consistency of rebound IOP and non-contact IOP in intraocular pressure measurement and to evaluate the accuracy of rebound IOP. Methods: a total of 65 patients (130 eyes) in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to February 2011 were selected. At the same time, the IOP was measured by ICARE rebound IOP and NCT IOP, and the results of the two IOP were compared and analyzed. The result of a measurement of a particular case by an IOP. Results the mean IOP of the two groups were 15.45 卤8.54mmHg and 16.60 卤7.54mmHg, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was a significant correlation between the two kinds of IOP measurements. The correlation coefficient was 0. 729 and ICARE IOP could be used to measure the intraocular pressure in patients with corneal lesions and no solid vision. The results of RT and NCT were 16.254 卤2.95mmHg and 16.98 卤4.36mmHg, respectively. The results of RT and NCT were 23.34 卤4.34mmHg and 24.28 卤5.70mmHg respectively. The results of RT and NCT were 46.71 卤9.84mmHg and 50.66 卤10.44mmHg, respectively. The difference between the two IOP measurements was minimal, although the NCT value was higher than that of ICARE, but there was no significant statistical significance (Table 2). Conclusion Intraocular pressure was measured by ICARE rebound IOP and NCT in 65 cases (130 eyes). The results showed that there was no significant difference in statistical analysis between the two kinds of IOP measurements. There is good consistency between the two methods. ICARE rebound IOP has its advantages in clinical application. It is significant for the early diagnosis of glaucoma and glaucoma screening, and its accuracy and repeatability need to be further studied.
