自体软骨移植在单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨自体软骨移植在单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形整复中的应用。方法术前对患者鼻翼软骨、鼻中隔软骨等亚细结构的发育状况进行分析,在充分解剖复位的基础上,采用自体软骨植入等方法,重塑鼻部形态。结果本组单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形患者14例,通过自体软骨移植矫正,随访6个月～1年,外鼻形态持久、满意,移植物无外露、感染等并发症。结论采用自体软骨移植修复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形,能够获得良好的鼻通气功能和稳定、满意的鼻部形态。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of autologous cartilage transplantation in the treatment of nasal deformity secondary to unilateral cleft lip. Methods the development of subfine structures such as alar cartilage and nasal septal cartilage were analyzed before operation. On the basis of full anatomical reduction, autologous cartilage implantation was used to reconstruct nasal morphology. Results 14 cases of nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery were corrected by autologous cartilage transplantation and followed up for 6 months to 1 year. Conclusion Autologous cartilage graft can be used to repair secondary nasal deformities of unilateral cleft lip, which can obtain good nasal ventilation function and stable nasal shape.
