生物测量仪预测人工晶体度数的临床评价

【摘要】:目的探讨生物测量仪在年龄相关性白内障患者中测量人工晶体度数的临床价值。方法回顾性分析104例(104眼)年龄相关性白内障患者行小切口白内障摘除联合一期人工晶体植入术的临床资料。术前分别使用生物测量仪和A型超声联合自动验光仪测量眼轴长度和角膜曲率,计算人工晶体度数,术后3个月评价患者平均绝对屈光误差值。结果生物测量仪和A型超声所测眼轴长度、角膜曲率比较差异无统计学意义。术后3个月,生物测量仪所测量平均绝对屈光误差小于A型超声联合自动验光仪(P0.05)。结论生物测量仪精确度高于传统方法,是一种安全可靠的测量人工晶体度数的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of biometrics in measuring the degree of intraocular lens (IOL) in patients with age-related cataract. Methods the clinical data of 104 patients (104 eyes) with age-related cataract underwent small incision cataract extraction and one-stage intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively. The axial length and corneal curvature were measured by biometrics and A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry before operation. The degree of intraocular lens was calculated and the mean absolute refractive error was evaluated 3 months after operation. Results there was no significant difference in axial length and corneal curvature between biometrics and A-mode ultrasound. At 3 months after operation, the mean absolute refraction error measured by biometrics was less than that of A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry (P0.05). Conclusion Biometrics is a safe and reliable tool for measuring the degree of intraocular lens.
