不同类型青光眼患者前部巩膜厚度与眼部生物学参数的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨不同类型青光眼患者前部巩膜厚度(anterior sclera thickness,AST)与眼部生物学参数的相关性。方法选取2012年1月至2013年6月我院收治的青光眼患者80例(80眼),其中原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)38例,原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)42例,另选取于我院同期健康体检的健康无眼疾者40例(40眼)作为对照,采用超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)对AST进行检测,DGH-1000型超声角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT),同时采用眼科A/B超对眼轴长度(axial length,AL)进行测量,对测量结果进行比较分析。结果 POAG组、PACG组AST与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(均为P0.05);POAG组AST与PACG组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。POAG组、PACG组CCT与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),POAG组、PACG组CCT均大于对照组;POAG组CCT与PACG组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),POAG组CCT大于PACG组。POAG组、PACG组AL与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),POAG组、PACG组AL均小于对照组;POAG组AL与PACG组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),POAG组AL小于PACG组。POAG组CCT值与AST值间呈线性正相关(r=0.544,P=0.018),但PACG组CCT值与AST值间均未发现线性相关(r=-12.345,P=0.058);两组AL与AST均无相关性。结论不同类型青光眼患者的CCT有一定的差异,但各型青光眼患者AST无明显差异,POAG患者的CCT与AST可能存在一定的正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between (anterior sclera thicknessAST and ocular biological parameters in patients with different types of glaucoma. Methods from January 2012 to June 2013, 80 patients (80 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma (primary angle-closure glaucoma) and 42 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (primary open angle glaucoma Poag) were selected. In addition, 40 patients (40 eyes) without eye disease who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as control. Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) was used to measure the central corneal thickness (central corneal thicknessCCT) with DGH-1000 ultrasonic keratometer, and axial length was measured by AUS. The results were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in AST between Poag group and control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in AST between Poag group and PACG group (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The CCT of PACG group in Poag group was higher than that of control group and PACG group. (P0.05) the CCT of Poag group was higher than that of PACG group, and that of PACG group was higher than that of PACG group, and that of PACG group was higher than that of PACG group, and that of PACG group was higher than that of PACG group. All the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The AL of the Poag group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and that of the Poag group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The correlation between CCT and AST in Poag group was significantly lower than that in PACG group (P 0.05), but there was no linear correlation between CCT value and AST value in PACG group (r-12.345 P0.058), but there was no correlation between AL and AST in both groups. Conclusion there are some differences in CCT between different types of glaucoma patients, but there is no significant difference in AST between different types of glaucoma patients. There may be a positive correlation between CCT and AST in Poag patients.
