练唱歌治打鼾

【摘要】:正据英国《每日邮报》报道,美国《国际耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》刊登一项新研究发现,每天简单的发声练习(唱歌)可以防止打鼾。英国声乐教师爱丽丝·奥杰伊通过设计"唱歌训练法"来帮助治疗慢性打鼾和睡眠呼吸暂停疾病。埃克塞特大学、皇家德文和埃克塞特NHS基金会受此启发,展开了一项"唱歌治疗打鼾"新研究。研究者让30名睡觉打鼾者每天练声几分钟,坚持3个月。结果发现,与另外30名不接受"音乐疗法"的睡觉打鼾者相比,前者打鼾情况明显得到改善。研究负责人,耳鼻喉科专家马尔科姆·希尔顿博士说,
[Abstract]:According to the Daily Mail, a new study published in the International Journal of Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery found that simple daily vocal exercises (singing) can prevent snoring. British vocal music teacher Alice Ojay designed the singing training method to help treat chronic snoring and sleep apnea. The University of Exeter, Royal Devon and the Exeter NHS Foundation were inspired by a new study called singing for snoring. The researchers trained 30 snorers for a few minutes a day for three months. The results showed that compared with the other 30 snorers who did not receive music therapy, the snoring status of the former was significantly improved.
