鼻内镜下经鼻中隔入路腭正中囊肿切除术4例

【摘要】：正临床上非齿源性颌骨囊肿较为少见,腭正中囊肿为非齿源性囊肿中的一种类型,早期一般无特殊症状,大多是在体检中发现,囊肿增大后可出现周围压迫症状[1]。传统治疗方法为经唇龈或口腔上腭切口行囊肿切除术,手术创伤较大,且部分患者出现术后复发、口腔或鼻腔瘘管形成难以愈合[2]。我们采用内镜下经鼻中隔入路手术切除腭正中囊肿4例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2005-2013年收治的
[Abstract]:The non-odontogenic maxillary cyst is rare in clinic. The median palatine cyst is a type of non-odontogenic cyst. There is no special symptom in the early stage, most of them are found in the physical examination, the surrounding compression can appear after the cyst is enlarged [1]. The traditional treatment was cystectomy through labial gingival or upper palate incision. The surgical trauma was greater, and some patients had recurrence after operation, and the fistula formation in oral or nasal cavity was difficult to heal [2]. Four cases of median palatal cyst were resected by endoscopic transnasal septum approach. The results are satisfactory. The following 1 data and method 1.1 General data from 2005 to 2013 are reported.
