应用SRM-Ⅳ进行速度阶梯试验的可行性分析

【摘要】:目的全自动化良性阵发性位置性眩晕诊断治疗系统是用于良性阵发性位置性眩晕诊断和治疗的全自动化设备。该设备还可以作为转椅进行速度阶梯试验,探讨使用全自动化良性阵发性位置性眩晕诊断治疗系统进行速度阶梯试验检查结果的可靠性。方法武警总医院眩晕病研究所就诊的眩晕患者48例和正常对照者20例,随机先后使用传统转椅及全自动化良性阵发性位置性眩晕诊断治疗系统进行速度阶梯试验,计算双侧半规管不对称比。Stata软件t检验比较统计数据。结果2种检测方法不对称比的差异无统计学意义。结论全自动化良性阵发性位置性眩晕诊断治疗系统既可以用于良性阵发性位置性眩晕的诊断和复位治疗,又可以进行水平半规管功能检测,临床应用效果可靠.
[Abstract]:Objective the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is an automatic equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The equipment can also be used as a swivel chair to carry out the speed step test, and to discuss the reliability of the results of the speed step test using the fully automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods Forty-eight patients with vertigo and 20 normal controls were randomly assigned to use the traditional swivel chair and the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo for the speed step test. Calculate bilateral semicircular canal asymmetry ratio. Stata software t test to compare the statistical data. Results there was no significant difference in the asymmetry ratio between the two methods. Conclusion the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can be used for the diagnosis and reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and the horizontal semicircular canal function.
