青光眼发病机制研究揭示了神经系统疾病认识和诊治中的整体观念

【摘要】:青光眼一直被认为眼睛局部病变。最新研究表明,跨突触变性和跨感觉重塑同时在青光眼脑损伤中起作用,并提出了"视神经-后段视路-视神经"损伤环路假说。青光眼神经损伤不局限于视网膜,同时累及整个视路。该成果揭示的神经系统疾病认识和诊治中的整体观念,为从全新角度认识疾病,开发有效的临床诊治方法具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Glaucoma has been thought of as a local lesion of the eye. Recent studies have shown that transsynaptic degeneration and transsensory remodeling also play a role in glaucoma brain injury, and the hypothesis of "optic nerve-posterior optic pathway-optic nerve" injury loop is proposed. Glaucoma nerve damage is not confined to the retina, but also to the entire visual pathway. The whole concept of understanding and diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases revealed by this achievement is of great significance for understanding diseases from a new angle and developing effective methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
