上海地区鼻咽癌患者血清EB病毒抗体检测结果分析

【摘要】：鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有很明显的地域特征。我国南方的珠江三角洲是鼻咽癌的高发区,而上海则处于高发与低发之间。 EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus, EBV)属于人类γ疱疹病毒,是一种人类普遍感染的嗜B淋巴细胞病毒。目前认为,EB病毒感染与鼻咽癌密切相关,但EB病毒感染者中只有少数会发生鼻咽癌。由于EB病毒感染的普遍性及地域倾向性,有必要研究不同地区EB病毒感染与鼻咽癌的关系。本研究收集了206例病理学证实的未经治疗的鼻咽癌患者和325例健康成人的血清,均采用ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验)法定量检测血清中的Rta/IgG、EBNA1/IgA、VCA/IgA等抗体水平。评估EB病毒抗体Rta/IgG、EBNA1/IgA、VCA/IgA的检测对上海地区鼻咽癌患者的临床价值。 206例鼻咽癌病人的EB病毒抗体Rta/IgG、EBNA1/IgA、VCA/IgA的敏感度分别为64.08%、88.35%、86.89%；特异度分别为92.62%、92.92%、95.69%；三种抗体同时阳性的模式在鼻咽癌病人中出现的概率最高(55.83%),而在正常对照组中无一例出现。结果表明,上海地区EB病毒感染与鼻咽癌密切相关。EB病毒抗体Rta/IgG、EBNA1/IgA、VCA/IgA的联合检测对上海地区鼻咽癌病人的诊断具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. The Pearl River Delta in southern China is a high incidence area for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, while Shanghai is between high and low incidence. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a human gamma-herpesvirus, which is a common human B lymphocyte virus. It is believed that Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), but only a few of EBV infected patients have NPC. Because of the prevalence and geographical tendency of EBV infection, it is necessary to study the relationship between EBV infection and nasopharyngeal carcinoma in different regions. The sera of 206 pathologically proved patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 325 healthy adults were collected. Elisa was used to determine the level of RTA / IgGN 1 / 1 / IgAVCA / IgA in the serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 325 healthy adults (n = 325) by Elisa (enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay (Elisa). To evaluate the clinical value of EBNA1 / VCA-IgA in NPC patients in Shanghai. The combined detection of EB virus antibody Rta-IgGna-EBNA1 / IgA / VCA / IgA has reference value for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in Shanghai area.
