鼻咽癌组织Maspin和GRP78表达与放疗敏感相关性研究

【摘要】：目的研究鼻咽癌组织中Maspin和GRP78的表达,探讨其在放射治疗鼻咽癌的意义。方法选取湖南省肿瘤医院2006-01-13-2006-11-26第一次入院接受放射治疗的60例鼻咽癌患者,运用原位杂交方法检测Maspin mRNA和GRP78mRNA的表达。结果放疗敏感及放疗抗拒鼻咽癌组织中,Maspin mRNA中度和强阳性表达率分别为70.00%和42.50%,χ2=4.038,P=0.044 5,GRP78mRNA中度和强阳性表达率分别为20.00%和47.50%,χ2=4.047,P=0.044 3。在放疗抗拒鼻咽癌组织中,Maspin mRNA中度及强阳性表达率与T分期存在关联性,在T3和T4期中表达率为63.16%,T1和T2期中表达率为23.81%,χ2=6.320,P=0.011 9;在有、无远处转移中的表达率分别为72.73%和31.03%,χ2=4.095,P=0.043 0;GRP78mRNA中度及强阳性表达率与TNM分期也存在关联性,Ⅲ和Ⅳ期GRP78mRNA中度及强阳性表达率为58.62%,Ⅰ和Ⅱ期表达率为18.18%,χ2=5.230,P=0.022 2,与T分期也存在关联性,T3和T4期表达率为68.42%,T1和T2期表达率为28.57%,χ2=6.352,P=0.011 7,在有、无远处转移中的表达率分别为72.73%和37.93%,χ2=3.872,P=0.049 1。结论 Maspin参与放疗抗拒鼻咽癌的发展,GRP78降低鼻咽癌的放疗敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of Maspin and GRP78 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiotherapy for the first time in Hunan Cancer Hospital from January to November 2006. The expression of Maspin mRNA and GRP78 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. Results the moderate and strong positive expression rates of maspin mRNA were 70.00% and 42.50% in radiosensitive and radiotherapeutic resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues, respectively.
