重庆地区眼病现状与影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解重庆地区常见眼病、多发眼病的患病情况,为眼病防治提供流行病学依据。方法选择2013年在重庆医科大学附属第一医院健康体检的80 384人,进行眼附属器、眼前段、视力、色觉及眼底等眼科检查,测量其身高、体质量、血压以及空腹状态下的血脂和血糖等项目。结果检出眼病患者16 897例,患病率为21.03%,男性眼病患者较女性多,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。其中,屈光不正、白内障、眼底动脉硬化位居前三,患病率分别为14.21%、7.87%、1.70%。年龄、性别、糖尿病、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油对眼病影响显著(P0.05)。结论年龄、性别、糖尿病、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油是影响眼病的危险因素,控制血糖和血脂对眼病的预防具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of common eye diseases and multiple ophthalmopathy in Chongqing and to provide epidemiological basis for the prevention and treatment of eye diseases. Methods 80384 patients who underwent physical examination in the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2013 were examined with ocular appendage, anterior segment, visual acuity, color vision and fundus, and their height and body mass were measured. Blood pressure and fasting state of blood lipid and blood sugar and other items. Results 16 897 cases of ophthalmopathy were detected, the prevalence rate was 21.03%. There were more cases in male patients than in women (P0.05). Among them, ametropia, cataract and fundus arteriosclerosis were the top three. The prevalence rate was 14.21% 7.87% and 1.70% respectively. Age, sex, diabetes, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride had significant effects on ophthalmopathy (P0.05). Conclusion Age, sex, diabetes, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride are risk factors for eye disease.
