【摘要】:正阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)患者是高血压高发人群。健康的肠道菌群的重要性,以及微生物紊乱对宿主生理的不利影响日益显著。研究人员观察肠道微生态失衡对OSA人群高血压是否起作用。方法:在睡眠周期通过气管中放置气球并充气(充气10s,60次/h)制备OSA大鼠模型。结果:高脂喂食组大鼠OSA造模成功7和14d后血压
[Abstract]:Patients with obstructive sleep apnea (obstructive sleep apnea) have a high incidence of hypertension. The importance of healthy intestinal flora and the adverse effects of microbial disorders on host physiology are increasingly significant. The researchers looked at whether intestinal microecological imbalances played a role in hypertension in people with OSA. Methods: OSA rat model was established by placing balloon through trachea during sleep cycle and inflating air (10 s-1 / h). Results: the blood pressure of rats with high fat feeding group was 7 and 14 days after OSA model was established successfully.
