鼻息肉与HPV感染及其亚型的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)在鼻息肉(Nasal Polyps)中感染亚型的分布及其在病变发生、发展中的作用。 方法取204例鼻息肉石蜡包埋组织标本采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片分型技术(HybriMax)对37种HPV亚型同步进行检测和病毒分型,并以36例正常鼻腔黏膜组织为对照。 结果鼻息肉组中HPV总阳性率40.2%(82/204),对照组均为阴性(0/36),鼻息肉组HPV感染率较对照组明显增高(P0.05),HPV感染亚型以HPV11型为主(45.28%);鼻息肉组织中HPV感染存在单一亚型或混合亚型感染,但以单一亚型感染为主(74.39%);鼻息肉组中性别、年龄、手术次数、病程与HPV感染及其高、低危亚型分布无明显统计学差异。 结论鼻息肉的发生、发展与HPV感染密切相关,鼻息肉中HPV高、低危亚型均可感染,但以低危亚型(HPV11型)感染为主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in nasal polyps (Nasal Polyps) and its role in the development and progression of the disease.
Methods 204 cases of paraffin embedded tissue specimens of nasal polyps were detected by nucleic acid molecular rapid flow hybridization gene chip typing (HybriMax) and 37 types of HPV subtypes were synchronously detected and virus typing, and 36 normal nasal mucosa tissues were used as control.
Results the total positive rate of HPV in the nasal polyp group was 40.2% (82/204), and the control group was negative (0/36). The HPV infection rate in the nasal polyp group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the HPV infection subtype was dominated by HPV11 type (45.28%); HPV infection in nasal polyps had a single subtype or mixed subtype infection, but the single subtype infection was the main (74.39%); nasal polyp group was neutral. There was no significant difference in age, number of operations, course of disease and HPV infection and the distribution of high and low risk subtypes.
Conclusion the occurrence and development of nasal polyps are closely related to HPV infection. HPV is high and low risk subtypes can be infected in nasal polyps, but mainly in low risk subtypes (type HPV11).
