重复性眶周交流电刺激对单眼剥夺小鼠视皮层眼优势移动的影响

【摘要】:目的观察单眼剥夺小鼠视皮层对重复性眶周交流电刺激(r PACS)的反应,探讨r PACS对弱视小鼠眼优势移动的影响。方法将30只小鼠分为正常组、模型组、电刺激组,每组各10只。模型组、电刺激组采用单眼剥夺法建立单眼(右眼)弱视模型。造模后电刺激组右眼行r PACS 3 d;模型组及正常组不行r PACS。测定各组双眼图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)、双眼PVEP信号P100波的振幅和潜伏期,计算对侧眼振幅/同侧眼振幅(C/I)值。结果模型组右眼PVEP P100波振幅低于电刺激组及正常组,亦低于左眼(P均0.05);右眼PVEP P100波潜伏期长于电刺激组及正常组,亦长于左眼(P均0.05);右眼C/I低于电刺激组及正常组(P均0.01)。结论单眼剥夺后可使视觉发育敏感期内的眼优势柱从剥夺眼转移至对侧眼,r PACS可使眼优势柱从对侧眼转移回剥夺眼。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the response of visual cortex to repetitive periorbital alternating current stimulation (r PACS) in monocular deprived mice and to investigate the effect of r PACS on the dominant movement of amblyopia in mice. Methods Thirty mice were divided into normal group, model group and electric stimulation group with 10 mice in each group. Model group and electric stimulation group were used to establish monocular (right eye) amblyopia model. The right eye was treated with r PACS for 3 days in the model group, but not in the model group and the normal group. The amplitude and latency of P100 wave of binocular PVEP signal were measured, and the amplitude of contralateral eye and amplitude of ipsilateral eye (C / I) were calculated. Results the amplitude of PVEP P100 wave in the model group was lower than that in the electrical stimulation group and the normal group (P 0.05), the latency of PVEP P100 wave in the right eye was longer than that in the electrical stimulation group and the normal group (P 0.05), and the C / P I in the right eye was lower than that in the electrical stimulation group and the normal group (P 0.01). Conclusion single eye deprivation can transfer the dominant column from the deprived eye to the opposite side of the eye, which can transfer the dominant column from the opposite side of the eye to the other side of the eye.
