鼻腔未分化癌2例

【摘要】：正1病例报告例1男,56岁。因左侧鼻腔反复出血1月余于2011年8月20日入院。1个月前患者突发不明原因的左侧鼻腔流血后反复发作,呈鲜红色,可以自行停止,伴轻度鼻塞。无头痛、头昏、溢泪,无嗅觉下降、面部麻木。门诊检查见左侧鼻腔新生物,给予活检,病理提示为恶性肿瘤,细胞分化不明。为进一步治疗入我院。专科检查:左侧鼻腔中段新生物,表面不平,触之易出血,根基位于下鼻甲中段;右侧鼻腔无异常,鼻中隔无偏曲,左眼及泪道
