自发性中耳炎小鼠的咽鼓管黏膜扫描电镜观察

【摘要】:目的:探讨中耳炎发生时小鼠咽鼓管黏膜的超微结构变化,进一步揭示咽鼓管对中耳功能的影响及其和中耳炎发病的相关性。方法:自发性中耳炎小鼠和同窝对照小鼠各12只,分成3月龄和6月龄2个组,对比观察2种小鼠的咽鼓管黏膜超微结构。结果:野生型小鼠的绝大部分咽鼓管黏膜上皮为柱状纤毛上皮,纤毛排列整齐,无断裂、倒伏和缺失。而同龄的突变型小鼠咽鼓管黏膜上皮纤毛损伤明显,出现大片的断裂、倒伏和缺失。且随着年龄的增长,中耳内炎症进行性加重,纤毛的损伤也进行性加重,到6个月时,突变型小鼠的纤毛几乎损失殆尽。结论:中耳炎发生时,不仅有纤毛细胞的减少和杯状细胞的增多,更为重要的是纤毛结构的破坏,这一重要结构的破坏直接导致了黏液纤毛输送系统的功能障碍,引起中耳炎的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of eustachian tube mucosa in mice with otitis media, and to further reveal the effect of eustachian tube on middle ear function and its correlation with the pathogenesis of otitis media. Results: Most of the eustachian tube mucosa epithelium of wild type mice were columnar cilia epithelium, with no breakage, lodging and deletion. However, the mucosa epithelium of eustachian tube of mutant type mice of the same age was damaged obviously, with large pieces of rupture, lodging and deletion. Conclusion: Otitis media occurs not only with the decrease of cilia and the increase of goblet cells, but also with the destruction of cilia structure. The destruction of this important structure directly leads to the dysfunction of mucociliary transport system. The occurrence of otitis media.
