cathepsinB在剥脱综合征性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达与相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:通过采用免疫组织化学SP法,观察组织蛋白酶B (cathepsinB, CB)在剥脱综合征性白内障以及单纯老年性白内障的晶状体上皮细胞(1ens epithelial cell,LEC)中表达,探讨组织蛋白酶B与剥脱综合征及其并发症的相关性。 方法:应用链霉菌亲生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶标免疫组织化学SP法染色,检测组织蛋白酶B在剥脱综合征性白内障(A组15例)及单纯老年性白内障(B组15例)晶状体上皮细胞中的表达情况(两组均排除有眼部外伤史、肿瘤史及糖尿病史的患者)。 结果:组织蛋白酶B表达的阳性标准为晶状体上皮细胞胞浆中呈黄色或棕黄色染色。组织蛋白酶B在剥脱综合征性白内障和单纯老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中均有表达,两组的表达程度有很大差异。组织蛋白酶B在剥脱综合征性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达:强阳性表达为7例、中等阳性表达为5例、弱阳性表达为2例、阴性表达为1例,该组表达得分为(?χ±s)为5.87士2.45;在单纯老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的阳性表达:强阳性表达为1例、中等阳性表达为2例、弱阳性表达为7例、阴性表达为5例,该组表达得分为(?χ±s)为2.67士2.23。剥脱综合征性白内障和单纯老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的组织蛋白酶B表达采用wilcoxon秩和检验,P=0.0020.01,两组之间差异有显著统计学意义,两组的表达得分(?χ±s)采用t检验,P=0.0010.01,两组之间差异有显著统计学意义。 结论:组织蛋白酶B与剥脱综合征性白内障的发生、发展有关,可能与剥脱综合征中剥脱物的来源有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the expression of cathepsin B (cathepsinB, CB) in lens epithelial cells (1ens epithelial cell,LEC) of patients with exfoliative syndromic cataract and simple senile cataract by immunohistochemical SP method. To investigate the relationship between cathepsin B and exfoliation syndrome and its complications. Methods: streptomyces biotin-peroxidase immunohistochemical SP staining was used. The expression of cathepsin B in lens epithelial cells of exfoliative cataract (group A, n = 15) and senile cataract (group B, n = 15) was examined. Results: the positive standard of cathepsin B expression was yellow or brown staining in the cytoplasm of lens epithelial cells. Cathepsin B was expressed in lens epithelial cells of both exfoliative syndromic cataract and simple senile cataract. The degree of expression of cathepsin B was significantly different between the two groups. The expression of cathepsin B in lens epithelial cells of cataract with exfoliation syndrome: 7 cases had strong positive expression, 5 cases had moderate positive expression, 2 cases had weak positive expression, and 1 case had negative expression. The expression score of this group was 5.87 卤2.45.The positive expression in lens epithelial cells of simple senile cataract was 1 case of strong positive expression, 2 cases of moderate positive expression, 7 cases of weak positive expression and 5 cases of negative expression. The score of expression in this group was 2.67 卤2.23 (蠂 ~ 2 卤s). The expression of cathepsin B in lens epithelial cells of exfoliative syndromic cataract and simple senile cataract was detected by wilcoxon rank sum test (P = 0.0020.01). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The expression score (蠂 ~ 2 卤s) of the two groups was measured by t test (P = 0.0010.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: cathepsin B is related to the occurrence and development of peeling syndrome cataract, and may be related to the origin of stripping substance in stripping syndrome.
