阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征治疗方法的选择

【摘要】：正阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种临床常见的具有潜在危险的疾病,其主要表现为睡眠时打鼾、白天嗜睡以及因间断缺氧导致的全身并发症。治疗目的不仅要改善患者白天的嗜睡症状,消除打鼾,更重要的是减少其并发症。针对OSAHS的主要治疗手段为行为治疗、持续气道内正压通气(CPAP)治疗及外科手术等方法。目前国内在治疗方法的选择上因种种复杂的原因而比较混乱,患者治疗方法的选择同就诊的专科关系密切。耳鼻喉科的患者选择外科手段的较多,而呼吸科医生更倾向于选择
[Abstract]:Positive obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a clinically common potentially dangerous disease characterized by sleep snoring daytime sleepiness and systemic complications caused by intermittent hypoxia. The purpose of treatment is not only to improve daytime somnolence, eliminate snoring, but also to reduce complications. Behavioral therapy, continuous positive airway pressure ventilation (CPAP) and surgery are the main treatment methods for OSAHS. At present, the choice of treatment methods in China is confused because of various complicated reasons, and the choice of treatment methods of patients is closely related to the specialty.
