TNFAIP3基因在放射治疗鼻咽癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】:背景与目的:鼻咽癌多对放射治疗敏感,研究鼻咽癌放疗抗拒具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白3(tumor necrosis factor alpha induced protein 3,TNFAIP3)在经放射治疗的鼻咽癌中的表达,分析其在放疗敏感及放疗抗拒的鼻咽癌中表达的差异,与放疗抗拒发生、发展的关系。方法:采用TNFAIP3多点标记的地高辛探针原位杂交方法检测TNFAIP3 m RNA在放疗敏感及放疗抗拒的鼻咽癌中的表达。结果:TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及强阳性表达率在放疗敏感及放疗抗拒的鼻咽癌中的表达率分别为15.00%和45.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.274,P=0.0216)。在放疗抗拒的鼻咽癌中,TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及强阳性表达率与TNM分期呈正相关,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及强阳性表达率为48.28%,I~Ⅱ期表达率为36.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.240,P0.005);在有、无远处转移中的表达率分别为81.81%和31.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.385,P=0.011 5)。结论:TNFAIP3虽具有抗肿瘤效应,但参与了放疗抗拒的鼻咽癌的发生、发展。
[Abstract]:Background & objective: nasopharyngeal carcinoma is sensitive to radiotherapy, so it is important to study radiotherapy resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
