超声造影剂微循环显影对家兔缺血性视神经病变血流动力学改变的研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between carotid stenosis and anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION). Methods: 36 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into operation group (20 eyes, 40 eyes), sham operation group (8 eyes, 16 eyes) and blank control group (8 eyes, 16 eyes). The animal model of carotid artery stenosis was established in the operation group by partial suture of the carotid artery in rabbits, the temporary occlusion of the carotid artery was performed in the sham operation group, and no treatment was done in the blank group. Carotid color Doppler ultrasonography, ciliary microcirculation imaging and histopathological analysis of optic nerve were performed on 21 and 35 days after operation. Results: the model was successfully established in the operation group, and the carotid artery stenosis of different degree appeared after operation. The internal diameter of carotid artery was (0.74 卤0.15), (卤0.74 卤0.81 卤0.20) at 21 and 35 days after operation, respectively. (0. 88 卤0. 20) mm and (1. 05 卤0. 29) mm, were lower than those of sham operation group and blank control group (P0.05). Ultrasound contrast medium showed well in ciliary artery. The velocity of single ultrasound microbubble in operation group was (7.10 卤2.12), () 8.20 卤2.39), (8.11 卤2.24). (7.46 卤2.19) mm/s and (10.11 卤3.14) mm/s, were significantly lower than those in sham operation group and blank control group (P0.05). Under the optical microscope, the optic nerve fibers in the operation group were disordered, axon swelling was vacuolar, cytoplasm was light and inflammatory cells were infiltrated. Conclusion: the decrease of blood flow rate of ciliary artery and histopathological changes of optic nerve in rabbits with carotid artery stenosis can be observed by ultrasound contrast medium microcirculation, suggesting that carotid artery stenosis may cause ischemic optic neuropathy.
